I will use the internal ribs and the ribs or in seats. versa.I Visa will use epoxy finished with sand. sandpaper.Then. I aluminum oxide finish. a few coats of color base oil, sea or at least think. paint.Any is especially popular with. screws.
Brass Screws are commonly used. Application of the sea. Stainless steel will. ok good, but I lean to the brass. I have personal experience of this and has built several small boats. Plywood with hulls. Brass has served me well and I should also continue to use my boat. brass screws. marine epoxy to select the color in my drawings of ships. I do not think I will use again. planks for the bottom. I have built boats. Joh plank, but the bottoms have a problem with. In general, they tend to leak. As long as they are soaked in water and will swell and seal the board. Each other but kept wet at all times. If they will shrink and dry start leakage immediately. If you paint and seal all the wood board. "Water" before installing. It's nearly impossible to match them tight enough to. planks attached to seal completely. More unsatifactory. I consider marine plywood instead. planks. actually I think you will happier with results. I know that the book building ships. availble which is valuable information for you to consider.
